Billy Parker found shopping all day with his mother was exhausting and felt he deserved a delicious treat as a reward. His mother's choice of treat was not acceptable to him, so Billy took matters into his own hands to get the Bubble gum he felt he deserved. The bubble gum treat proved to to be quite an issue, but one very important person came to the rescue.
