Smoke handles explosives for a criminal organisation. One of his bombs is used to take down a plane with women and children on board. He kills his boss and hides in Portland. His girlfriend is captured. Someone else is after his girlfriend and he finds himself caught up in a dangerous chase game from which there might be no escape.
