Author Bio
Nationally syndicated newspaper writer Wallace Baine, an award-winning columnist and arts writer for the Santa Cruz Sentinel since 1991, hosts the annual Gail Rich Awards, honoring local artists and arts supporters in the Santa Cruz area.
