Maurice Waller (19271989) was a composer, pianist, and the son of legendary musician Fats Waller.

Anthony Calabrese (19381996) was a freelance writer, journalist, and film producer.

Michael Lipskin is a veteran stride pianist and former protg of Harlem jazz master Willie the Lion Smith.
