Author Bio

Kevin was born and raised in Upstate New York. Shortly after turning seventeen, he dropped out of high school and enlisted in the Marines. Kevin served in Vietnam as a radar operator, direct air support controller, infantry rifleman, and battalion intelligence (S-2) scout. Four years after his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps he enlisted in the Arizona Air National Guard, eventually retiring as a lieutenant colonel. Already an experienced mediator, immediately after retiring from the service, he established and began operating a mediation service, offering mediation, training, and program development. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Management, and Master of Arts in Organizational Management degrees from the University of Phoenix and completed the Advanced Public Executive program though Arizona State University. In 2010 Kevin was hired by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as a mediator and retired from the EEOC as the Phoenix District ADR Coordinator. Kevin's wife Karyn is a retired attorney and they reside just outside of Prescott, Arizona.
