DONALD K. HARTMAN is the coordinator for online services and associate librarian in reference and collection development at Lockwood Memorial Library, State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo. He holds a master's degree in library science. GREGG SAPP is head of access services at University of Miami Libraries, Coral Gables, Florida. He holds an MLS degree from the University of Washington and an M.Ed degree in adult, community, and higher education from Montana State University.
