60 Days in 2021 is the sequel to "60 Days in Quarantine," as the global pandemic is still going strong a year later. This book documents our life and times as vaccines are now available, but the world is still divided and chaotic. It reminds us to love ourselves and everyone in the world unconditionally; to be compassionate, empathetic and patient; to be willing to accept what's happening in our lives whether it's good or bad; and to protect one of our most valuable assets - our inner peace.

Author Bio

Beth Ashbrook is a producer, business owner, mom, and a practitioner of mindfulness and positivity. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, and has worked in the fields of video, graphic design, and event production for over 20 years. She is the President and owner of 924 Productions, Inc., a company she founded in 2014. She wrote 60 Days in Quarantine in 2020 chronicling the early days of the pandemic, and also produced a documentary that year called, You Rock.
