Blessed with the caring, compassionate heart of a shepherd, Dr. Leonard Gardner has founded and pastored Zion Christion Church and planted seven other churches in over sixty five years of pastoral and ministerial experience. Often called a pastor's pastor, he has authored fourteen books and mentored pastors and leaders in the true spirit of a father. Dr. Gardner is the founder of Liberating Word Ministries and he travels throughout the United States and abroad with a vision to strengthen and encourage pastors, leaders, churches, and ministries. His heart is for restoration and revival. His style of ministry is seasoned with humor while carrying a powerful anointing. Dr. Gardner has four children and resides in Clinton Township, Michigan
