Description

Danielle Oubeck is a writer, nurse, mother, and now, a widow. At 33, she loses her husband Andrew to a tragic work-related accident. As the grief of losing Andrew rips apart her life, she takes the opportunity to begin to rebuild herself. With the help of her family, friends, and the most patient therapist on the planet, Danielle sets out to learn how to live authentically and unapologetically as herself. Moving through the dark moments of life: negative self-image, trauma, and thoughts of self-harm, she wages war against her own self-defensive nature to find the beauty and humor in human connection and learns how to live again.
