Decades earlier, she tried to write an it was too painful. Now this book is an opportunity to unearth frightful events and make sense of it all. Every life experience has value, but some take longer to find their value.

Lois was able, by shear hard work, to get an education and pursue a career in psychology that involved disadvantaged families, but mainly children in difficult situations. This work lead to court recommendations, leading speaker and training programs, and licensing groups for those following a career to help others. While writing case studies for others, this book is her own case study of her life.
