Reviews

Writing that is direct and unadorned, acting that is immediate, visceral and unaffected, Cadre casts a spell at once guileless and sophisticated. * Chicago Sun-Times *
It teaches us to take care of the present so that we don't go back. We can have a better world in the future. * Sowetan (South Africa) *
Molusi himself, an extraordinarily gifted and powerful young actor, plays the protagonist...The world of activism, protest and direct action is stunningly well conveyed * What's On Stage *
Molusi does an excellent job in showing the devastating moral dilemmas - within the Apartheid system * Chicago Theatre Beat *
Despite the use of Poor Theatre techniques rather than today's high tech effects, it really hits home thanks to the quality of the writing. * British Theatre Guide *
While it is a harsh and difficult story, the writing is sublime - more like poetry. * Daily Journal *
Molusi's play is full of a vibrant poetry, and though it is a piece about a dark moment in South Africa's history, there is plenty of heart. * A Younger Theatre *
