imon Paisley Day was born in Kent in 1967 and attended schools in Edinburgh, Tunbridge Wells and Dorset. He read Drama & American Literature at the University of East Anglia and trained for two years at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before embarking on a career as an actor. He has worked extensively in theatre and also on screen. 'Spike' was his first full-length stage-play.
