Morris Junior is a mental health advocate, trauma-informed professional, inspirational speaker, and leadership expert. He writes from personal and professional experiences from the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast to provide inspiration, hope, and love. His poetry and letters detail experiences of black mental health and belief in God. He covers topics such as faith, depression, nature, drugs, self-love, and culture.
