Author Bio

Joe Ross lives in La Jolla, California, where he recently worked as a City of San Diego Council Senior Policy Advisor. Previous tot hat, he served as the Program Development Coordinator to the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture. In the 1990s, he lived in Washington, DC, where he was the Season Ticket Supervisor at the John F. Kennedy Center of Performing Arts. He was literary editor of The Washington Review from 1991 to 1997.
