I Hear the Birds Sing is a poetry book about the internal journey of the writer understanding herself, working through heartbreak and trauma, healing through love and faith, and finding her life's purpose. The poetry in this book goes deep into her intergenerational trauma, cultural norms, and the yearning to live freely and live out her life's calling.
This book illustrates heartbreak. It illustrates the journey of healing through love and faith in God. It illustrates that the beginning of life does not define the middle or the end. After healing, the writer discovers her purpose. This book serves to inspire those who feel like they have lost hope. It is for those who do not know what direction to take. Through love, healing, and redemption, you can regain your strength, your confidence, and live out your life's purpose. The hope for the future will set you free. May that hope drive you to discover your life's calling.
