Love, Politics, Prayers is a unique book combining photographs with poetry, The poetry ranges from love found, love lost, religious prayer, social commentary and metaphysical tributes. Each poem is accompanied by one photograph. The photograph may be a literal interpretation of the title. In other cases, it may only relate to one line in the poem. In others, the photograph illustrates a feeling for the words. The poetry ranges from love found, love lost, religious prayer, social commentary and metaphysical tributes. It is my hope that any one of these poems will have something you have seen in yourself or others. If these authentically touch you, then my efforts will have been worth the emotional investment. Author Bio

William Steiskal holds a Bachelor degree in Communications with departmental honors from Chapman University. His work and background has been as a photographer as well as an award-winning media producer. He is currently working on a short film titled, "911 War Psalm" This is a tribute to the victims of the 911 attacks in New York. His passions are music, photography, writing, baseball and golf.
