Author Bio

Susie Gibbs lives with her husband in the far north-east of Scotland. Her previous lives include working as Editorial Director for Macmillan Children's Books, creating poetry anthologies, moving from country to country with her RAF husband and two sons, and training as a book conservationist. Books, camping and cooking on beach bonfires are pretty high on her list of happy activities, as are growing roses and vegetables, long, long walks, attempting any sort of DIY and encouraging her boys to do wild and dangerous things she wouldn't dream of doing herself.
