The road to self-healing is taken by those ready to confront the storms inside of them. Sweet & Sour is a poetic collection of raw thoughts Morgan has as she navigates through her own storm. She reminds us the process of growth is often worse before it gets better. She learns she must face her feelings and embrace the chaos to discover who she has always been.

Author Bio

Morgan grew up as an athlete. She played all kinds of sports growing up until she found a love for volleyball. In her small town, she was recognized for her athletic abilities. After graduating high school, she attended college and majored in Health Science.

During her time in college, she found herself feeling lost, depressed, and unfulfilled, so she began to write as a way to soothe her mind and soul. Along her journey, she found a passion for writing and sharing her thoughts with others. In 2021, she decided to take her journal entries and turn them into short writings and poems to create her first self-published book, Sweet & Sour.

Sweet & Sour is her story of losing herself to find herself, and lessons she has learned along the way. Morgan says, "My hope for the book is to enlighten and encourage others to keep growing and going on their journey of self-healing."
