Author Bio

A native-born Texan, I now live in New England with my husband Mark. We have three sons: Jacob, Angelo, and Stephanos (My three heartbeats) and we have two dogs and a cat.

I began my career as a photographer and then expanded my interests to the area of the health care professions and became an Occupational Therapist. I currently work in a skilled nursing facility in the rehab department treating patients with my ever cherished holistic approach.

I continue to take pictures outside of the everyday moments around me, being mindful of them and capturing the essence of nature that has always called to me. I am on social platforms under The World Awaits You Poetry
