Description

Depression is a terrible thing to experience. It drains us of so many things which the human spirit needs to thrive, grow and be happy. It can strip us of the ability to think clearly, to make decisions, to feel love and above all it can take from us of hope.
If you are wondering if you are in a toxic relationship, you probably are. A loving and caring partner would not make you question the healthy status of your relationship. But the tricky part is, noxious partners are not always toxic. They can be sweet infrequently, making you wonder if it's all in your head.
This poetry book dedicated to those who find hope within yourself. There is chance for you and there is another way. You are not alone and you are not a coward. Your depression or anything that you are going through does not describe who you are; it just means you're going to have to fight harder than everyone else does, but you are worth the fight. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to be loved.
This doesn't have to be the way your life is. Please keep fighting. Your life has value and purpose. I know you do not realize that right now, but there is only one of you and we need you here. It's going to be hard and scary, but you can do this. We are on your side and we are rooting for you.
