Author Bio

Amy Carlson received her PhD from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in English and is the Serials librarian at the University Hawaii at Manoa Library, USA. She has published articles in Marvels and Tales and The Serials Librarian. Her research focuses on how materiality, reformatting, access, and use accentuate or limit experiences with life narrative texts.
