Transform the world with just a pencil and an idea! Following the success of Dominika Lipniewska s eye-catching "100 Coloring Book" comes "Doodle Town," a wonderfully whimsical activity book that invites children to discover how much fun drawing and doodling can be. Children will revel in the opportunity to bend reality with their doodles create designs for gravity-defying hairstyles, release scribble clouds into the sky (who knows what kind of rain a scribble makes!), and play mix-and-match with Doodle Town dog owners. Packed with more than 60 drawing activities, "Doodle Town" is an entertaining and empowering introduction to imaginative drawing."
'Here comes something that could keep your family busy the whole summer. Set in the whimsical, Paul Klee-meets-Cartoon Network metropolis of Doodle Town, this is the rare doodle book that seems likely to make everyone feel right at home, even kids who typically don't gravitate to drawing. Lipniewska achieves the neat trick of providing just enough scaffolding to get young doodlers started, while keeping everything abstract and primitive-looking enough to be unintimidating.' - Catherine Hong, Sunday New York Times
