Reviews

This cute board book follows a lion all around town as he hides around various places: the hair salon, the bookshop, the restaurant and the fancy-dress shop. Lion pops out on cardboard sliders in all sorts of silly situations, but its his big grin at the end that will get the biggest laugh. Even young babies will enjoy playing peek-a-boo with the lion, and little children will love the idea that the lion is hiding in all these public places. The illustrations are cool and modern, and the lion himself is rather dapper! Robust production means little hands can enjoy the sturdy sliding tabs without damage. There is a dinosaur book in the same series. * Book Trust *
