A smile, a kiss, a word of praise, love can come in many ways. This heartwarming novelty book celebrates the many diverse ways animals, and humans, show their love. Lift a swans felt wing to discover a baby cuddled underneath! Then lift a felt speech bubble to discover the words 'You are loved!' Beneath each of the ten felt flaps in nine different eye-catching colours is a wealth of snuggles, hugs, and loving engagement. From the songs that mama frog sings to a warm hug from a papa elephants trunk, delight in the ways creatures all over the world, in all shapes and sizes, reaffirm their family bonds. Perfect for Valentines Day displays, it will also resonate year-round as a go-to new baby gift.
This interactive lift-the-flap book is a cozy, sweet exploration of the ways love can be demonstrated, from hugs to cuddles to rides on a parent's back. A simple rhyming text pairs well with colorful and eclectic illustrations. . . . Toddlers will be comforted by the steady messaging, reinforced by images, that love is all around.-School Library Journal
