Big Ted is having one of those days ...
His feelings are dark and stormy. Luckily, his friends are around to help him remember to breathe in and out. Soon he'll feel like his happy self again.
The Play School Mindfully Me series helps children and their carers tackle life's challenges together big or small.
PRAISE for Breathe In and Out
'Being able to self-calm and self-regulate is a huge step in growing up and this story will go a long way in helping our littlies to master and manage their emotions, while still acknowledging that such emotions are real, are part of who we are, and will be part of us for our lifetime.' -- The Bottom Shelf
