Kim Dale is an artist and wildlife enthusiast who lives in Croydon, Victoria. Kim has travelled extensively around the world and Australia, where she developed her love for wildlife, especially birds. She is a wildlife carer and is currently caring for a number of native birds. Her first book, What Am I was published in 1999 and her second, Eyes in the Dark, in 2000. Little Tawny was published in June 2005.
