Ruth Brown is the creator of some of Britain's best loved children's books. Born in Devon, she now lives in London and Kent. Ruth's books are translated into many languages, and she has won the Earthworm Award, the English Association Award, the Prix Sorciere and been shortlisted 3 times for the Kate Greenaway Medal.
