From the multi-award winning picture book maker of A Bit Lost, Oh No, George! and Shh! We Have a Plan comes a stunningly illustrated bedtime book, perfect for the end of the day.
From the multi award-winning picture book maker of A Bit Lost, Oh No, George! and Shh! We Have a Plan, comes the ultimate bedtime book.
A series of exquisitely coloured cut pages of increasing size introduce woodland families bears, deer, rabbits and teeny, tiny mice who are all beginning to feel really ... rather ... tired ... YAWN! "Dear me," says Great Big Bear, "it must be time for bed!" But Little Bear is certainly not sleepy - he's wide awake! (For now...) With sublime, starry night time scenes and an infectious yawny "Good night" refrain, Chris Haughton creates a lulling bedtime read, perfect for parents and children to share together.
The easy to recite responsive text and bold illustrations make Goodnight Everyone by Chris Haughton a fantastic picture book for families to share. Highly recommended. * Read Plus *

Perfect for the littlie whose attention span is still limited. Perfect too, for those nights when a slow, singsong reading of a short tale is exactly what everyone needs. * The Golden Adventures of a Very Dark Horse *
A delight from the moment you pick it up, Goodnight Everyone is beautiful. [] A gentle and soothing tale to lull little ones to sleep, told with Haughtons trademark block style and bold colours. [] Absolutely lovely * The School Librarian *
The innovative use of graphic design in this book made me look further at Chris Haughtons work, and fall a little in love with it. His colouring technique is bold and blocky, in lurid, sometimes unexpected colours. His art has a sense of humour that works on two levels. * Booksellers NZ *
