Esther Krogdahl (Author)

Software Engineer cum author, Esther Krogdahl is the ultimate wordsmith. Her love of computer programming led to her dream job in gaming, writing character bios, building world and narrative arcs for children's virtual reality games. Esther has worked with Disney on top-secret projects and these computer games are played by hundreds of thousand of people around the world.

Grumbelina, Esther's first children's book, is inspired by her daughter's overnight

tyrannical transformation at three-and-a-half and the desire to write for parents about this challenging yet rewarding time.

Aleksandra Szmidt (Illustrator)

Aleksandra Szmidt grew up in a town in the south of Poland and currently resides in New Zealand. In Poland, she worked as a graphic designer. Upon moving, she decided to pursue her dream as a freelance illustrator. From her home studio, Aleksandra creates one-of-a-kind artworks for clients across the world.
