Author Bio

An award-winning journalist, Lucy Tandon Copp is also a graduate of the Penguin WriteNow 2022 editorial programme. As someone from a mixed British and Chinese-Malaysian background, Lucy is passionate about broadening representation in childrens literature.

Ya-Ling Huang was born in Taiwan and is now based in the UK. She completed her MA in Childrens Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art and was highly commended for the Macmillan Illustration prize. Logans Lantern is her debut picture book.
