Description

NEW stunning hardback edition showcasing the original E.H.Shepard art with Milnes classic, timeless stories.

In that enchanted place on the top of the Forest, a little boy and his Bear will always be playing.

E.H.Shepards original, iconic artwork has been reproduced for this 100th anniversary range so it truly pays homage to the vividness of the original art that accompanied Milnes classic, favourite stories.

Join Pooh, Piglet and all their friends in the Hundred Acre Wood in this collection of stories about the Bear for All Ages in which Tigger finds out what Tigger like to eat, Piglet does a Very Grand Thing and Pooh invents a new game.

This is the second classic childrens story collection by A.A.Milne about Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. In this highly popular volume Pooh meets the irrepressible Tigger for the first time, learns to play Poohsticks and sets a trap for a Heffalump.

In this stunning 100th anniversary hardback edition of The House at Pooh Corner, A.A.Milnes classic characters are once again brought to life by E.H.Shepards beautiful decorations.

Milne and Shepard had a unique working relationship for their time, in that they closely collaborated on the design of the storybooks and poetry. This joint approach to laying out the words and illustrations was clearly the perfect partnership; Shepard entirely captured the charm of Poohs world, created by Milne, resulting in the gorgeous books we all know and love.

The nations favourite teddy bear has been delighting generations of children for nearly 100 years. Milnes classic childrens stories featuring Piglet, Eeyore, Christopher Robin and, of course, Pooh himself are gently humorous while teaching lessons about friendship and kindness.

Pooh ranks alongside other beloved character such as Paddington Bear, and Peter Rabbit as an essential part of our literary heritage. Whether youre 5 or 55, Pooh is the bear for all ages.
