A beautiful retelling for younger children, that smoothly captures the essence of the original Verne stories and their adventurous spirit with humour, leaving out all outdated parts of the text that are unfit for young children today. The exquisite mixed-media illustration, faithful to the atmosphere of Jules Vernes imagination, will entice children to the adventurous world of the story. The ideal first encounter with the great works of Jules Verne from an early age.
