Cate Berry lives, writes and counts her chickens in Austin, Texas. She is the author of Penguin and Tiny Shrimp Don't Do Bedtime!, illustrated by Charles Santoso, which Publisher's Weekly called "a buoyantly subversive anti-bedtime story." Charlie Alder has been illustrating for eight years. She is particularly well-known for her young and tween girl book cover design and illustrations. Before that, she was Art Director for a popular women's weekly magazine.
