Author Bio

Jeanne Willis has had a successful career working in advertising and as an author, writing over eighty picture books, poetry books, television scripts and novels for children. Her teenage novel Naked Without a Hat was shortlisted for the Whitbread Children's Book Award and Dumb Creatures was longlisted for the Carnegie Medal. Her other novels include the Goffins series, Shamanka and Grandad and John and her picture books include Wild Child, Mummy, Do You Love Me and Never Too Little to Love. She lives in London, N14.

Vanessa Cabban obtained a degree in Illustration from Brighton University and an MA from the Royal College of Art. As well as The Pig's Knickers and the Mole books, Vanessa has illustrated the bestselling series Dear Tooth Fairy, Dear Father Christmas and Dear Mermaid, written by Alan Durant.
