Bob Darroch has been a freelance cartoonist and illustrator for a number of years. His work can be seen on postcards, souvenirs, t-shirts, children's toys and jigsaws. He started writing and illustrating his own books for children in 1999 with the release of Little Kiwi is Scared of the Dark, a book that has gone on to become a New Zealand classic. Bob lives in Temuka with his wife, Ruth.
