Author Bio

Charlie Castle holds a BA in English Language and Literature from King's College, London, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He is an editor of children's books at one of the big five publishers, as well as being a poetry anthologist and an author of books for both adults and children. He loves cheese, cake and afternoon tea (preferably all three). He lives in Cambridgeshire. Born in the tropical island of the Philippines, Emma Farrarons studied illustration at The Edinburgh College of Art. After graduating, she worked over 16 years as a picture book designer at one of the big five publishers. She is now living her dream as an illustrator. Emma finds inspiration and ideas from her location drawing sketchbooks where she loves capturing everyday life and people interacting. She lives in leafy South London with her family.
