Lauren Kalstad is a poet and fiction writer debuting her first children's book. She draws inspiration from traveling, spending time in nature, and meeting interesting people all over the world. It's her belief that the magic and curiosity of childhood should never be lost. She lives with her husband and their dog in Dallas, Texas.

Martyna Czub is a Polish illustrator based in Canada. She loves to immerse herself in the world of stories and illustrations. She is a big nature enthusiast. It is in nature that she constantly discovers new secrets and stories. Inspired by them she creates colorful, magical, and somehow abstract art.
