A beautifully written book about dealing with emotions from bestselling children's author, entrepreneur and broadcaster Rochelle Humes. Valle keeps her emotions in a little box. Sometimes she lets them out . . . When she's happy her feelings float like red balloons above her head. When she's sad her feelings gather like grey rainclouds. And when she's jealous or angry they blow up like a wild storm. Valle decides her emotions are out of control! So she buries them in the garden, and that's where they stay... until Grandma comes to visit. This heartfelt story from children's author and broadcaster Rochelle Humes is perfect for kickstarting conversations with little ones about naming, knowing and carrying emotions. Drawing on her own experiences as a mother and mental health advocate, Rochelle's story encourages children to talk about their feelings.
