Arnold Zable is a highly acclaimed novelist, storyteller and human rights advocate, whose books include Cafe Scheherazade, Violin Lessons and The Watermill. The Glass Horse of Venice, a picture book for children, is inspired by stories he heard while travelling in Venice. Anita Lester is a Melbourne artist, musician and filmmaker.
