Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec always loved to draw. When he was young he spent long periods in bed because his bones fractured easily. To pass the time he would draw his family, friends, and animals in the countryside where he lived. After he moved to Paris, the people of the city became the subject of his artwork. This colourful book provides the stories behind the people and paintings, and will inspire parents and childen to create their own works of art together.
