Frederick H. Bloom is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry. For over 35 years, he was director of the Eye Care Services at the University Health Services at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA. He is now working part-time at MyEyeDr. He lives in western Massachusetts with his wife. In theory, he's working on his next children's eye book. In reality, he's being recruited by his grandson to build a pillow castle or listen to a Vivaldi oboe sonata.
