Author Bio

Kate Thompson (Author) Kate Thompson spent much of her childhood with her nose in books, immersed in literary adventures. After a brief stint as a solicitor, Kate rediscovered her love of picture books, and now spends her days living on the south coast gleefully immersed in literary adventures of her own making. Kitty Harris (Illustrator) Kitty Harris is an illustrator from South London. She graduated with distinction from the MA Illustration course at Camberwell College of Arts in 2019 and was highly commended in the Macmillan Prize the same year. She explores digital and traditional media to create her character-driven illustrations. When she's not drawing, you'll find her with a camera in one hand and a book in the other.
