He has a Masters in applied mathematics, BMath in mathematical physics and a PhD in applied mathematics. He lives in Australia with his wife and children. NEAL GOLDSTEIN is a PhD epidemiologist who focuses on infectious diseases. JOANNA SUDER is a public health attorney with expertise in disease control and maternal & child health.
