Return to the secret city in the sky, in the second soaring adventure in the thrilling Starminster trilogy.
Astrid has her wings at last. But unlike all her Starminster classmates, she cant get them to work, no matter how hard she tries. Soon, the formidable new headmistress issues a warning: Astrid must learn to fly, or leave London Overhead forever.
Then the Month of Birthdays arrives, bringing circus shows, rollercoasters, mountains of cake and a legendary series of games, with a prize beyond Astrids wildest dreams.
Astrid knows she has to win; its the only way she can fix her wings, and secure her home in London Overhead. But the games are far more dangerous than she could ever have imagined and someone is out to ensure Astrid never makes it to the end.
