Author Bio

Regina Nay is a Licensed Mental health counselor and Life Coach and currently has a private practice in St. Petersburg, Fl. She has a son who has inspired her to write about their funny adventures. Regina specializes in children's development and believes reading with your children to be an important bonding tool to enhance the relationship. She also feels that children help remind adults to have joy and laughter in everyday experience and to remember that being silly makes us connect to joy.
