Catherine Baileys prior job titles include lawyer (interesting), sailboat deckhand (fun but occasionally sea-sicky), and Cartoon Network intern (best job ever, besides writing). Her hobbies include reading, 1980s movies, and travel. Shes the author of the upcoming picture books Mind Your Monsters and Lucy Loves Sherman. She resides in Stuart, Florida, with her husband and three children.
Sarita Rich grew up in northern Alaska spending afternoons snowed in, decorating the living room walls with abstract compositions in purple crayon. Once, she may or may not have been caught warming her Barbies in the toaster. Later, she became a middle school English teacher and then studied childrens book illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design. She lives with her husband and daughter in New Haven, Connecticut.
