Description

What's wrong with using Mom's spoons to make a racetrack or tossing clothes around the room in a bouncing tornado when two zany brothers, Hank and Jack, are having an afternoon of pure fun

It makes a huge mess! And someone has got to pick it up.

When their parents demand they stop having fun and clean up, the brothers make a wish to switch places with their parents so they can call the shots. But, when their wish comes true, they discover parenting is not as amusing as they assumed.

"The Worst Parents Ever" is a fun filled children's book about rambunctious brothers. Together with charming illustrations and a hilarious story your little ones will learn about empathy and how to see things from a different perspective.

Author Bio

Ann Marie loves telling stories about family and friendship and is a screenwriter by trade. She recently wrote and executive produced the feature buddy comedy, GOLDEN ARM, a SXSW film festival selection. Ann Marie lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband and two sons (Henry and Jack), and the book's title is a direct quote from then eight-year-old Henry after he lost his monster trucks for a day due to chore non-compliance. Ann Marie hopes that her hilarious family dramas help your family enjoy more fun together! Mara ngeles Aznar is a professional illustrator living and working in Madrid, Spain. She has always loved drawing, and as a child her big box of colored pencils was her most precious treasure. During her youth, she studied illustration, animation and claymation at the Madrid School of Art (ESDIP). She's now involved with many projects in different publishing companies as a freelance illustrator, illustrating various books for kids. What she loves most, is to capture everyday scenes: When I walk through the street, I am usually watching what people do, the interactions, the buildings, imagining them as one of my drawings. It captivates me to create using watercolor, although practically all the publishing works are done digitally using new technologies, but I want to give them my little personal touch, trying to make them not so digitally obvious.
