This would make a good read aloud with its great characterisation and humorous incidents and with the other books in the series, would be a great way of moving children from picture books onto chapter books. -- Read Plus * Read Plus *
This is a sweet and quite exciting story about treating everyone equally, respecting differences and not expecting people to be anything else but themselves. * Creative Kids Tales *
The author, Pamela Freeman, has created a lovely little story, like a fairy tale, and I would recommend it to girls, aged 9+. * Read Plus *
