She is also an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her master's in Writing Popular Fiction in 2006. She's passionate about inviting clients and readers to take a journey of self-discovery to increase awareness and mindfulness, to hear and get to know their Truth within and find greater joy in life. Samantha Jo Phan is an illustrator based in the Bay Area. She's worked as production artist for companies like Walt Disney Interactive, RockYou and Jam City. What she loves about her work is to find creative solutions and come up with a visual language that can be recognized across the globe. Functionality, design, and humor are her main goals. In her spare time, you can find her hiking the trails, crafting a fun project, or whipping up tasty recipes. Her personal work is inspired by folk tales, nature and places she's have traveled. She hopes that through her work she can keep those stories and places alive.
