Imagine a school where you meet your own unicorn and have amazing adventures together! That's what happens for the girls at Unicorn Academy on beautiful Unicorn Island.
Ava and Star are ready for an adventure. They're sure they can find the magical sky berries and save Unicorn Academy!
The sky berry bushes have disappeared overnight. The unicorns are hungry and their magic is starting to fade! Ava and Star must go on a quest to the mountains and bring back more of the special berries before it's too late...
As a child, Julie Sykes was always telling tales. Not the 'she ate all the cake' sort, but wild and exaggerated tales of everyday events. Julie still loves stories and has written over 70 books published worldwide. Julie lives in Hampshire in an old cottage with her family and a white wolf cunningly disguised as a dog. When she's not writing she likes eating cake, reading and walking, often at the same time.
Since graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Illustration, Lucy Truman has become one of the UK's leading commercial illustrators. Her inspiration often comes from the very funny little people in her own life, including family holidays with her nephew as well as her own children. Lucy also draws inspiration from popular culture, fashion and all things vintage to create her fabulous artworks. She finds people-watching a huge source of help, and also very entertaining.
